Deep Restore

This five week yoga term will dive into how yoga tools and practices can help you restore and rebalance when managing stress to help you feel strong and grounded in your body & increase your wellbeing.

Each week you will enjoy a restorative yoga practice as well as learning a tool to take home to build a personal repertoire of stress management through movement and breath.

This yoga term is a small group of maximum 8 people, it’s beginner friendly and great for anyone wanting to create a greater sense of calm or wellbeing to their daily lives.

What will we do in the term?

Each week you will learn a tool that you can use in your day to day life to manage stress, reduce feelings of anxiety and help you regain focus & calm. You will learn how to down regulate and what is happening in the body when you do. We will then move through a 45 minute restorative yoga practice to help ground you and leave you feeling relaxed.

At the end of this 5 week course you should have an understanding of how to down-regulate & find calm as well as several tools you can use, and a gentle mini practice you can add in to your regular routine!

Can I just sign up for 1 or 2 classes in the term?

Just like any course, in order to participate you'll need to sign up for the whole term. This is an excellent way to commit to a weekly wellbeing practice and create a healthy habit! 

 What if I miss a week?


That's just fine! Though just like any other course or term, if you miss a week you forfeit your payment for that class and wont receive a credit. Coming every week ensures you get the most out of your chosen yoga course.

Can I pay in instalments?

You absolutely can! You can divide the term payment in to two as long as it is paid for by the first class date. Simply email me at hello@anniejohns.com to secure your place and set up your payment! 

Can I join via livestream?

No, Unfortunately we found this blended model wasn’t optimum for everyone’s experience last time so we’re keeping it in person for this round.
