Cancellation Policy: REST & RESTORE Workshop

This workshop only has 10 places and as such, has STRICT non-negotiable cancellation policy.

Up to 4 days before the workshop, if you are unable to attend for any reason, you can request a transfer to the next REST & RESTORE workshop or choose to transfer your ticket to a friend or a family member to attend in your place. Please see Transfer Tickets & Workshop Credits Ts&Cs below.

3 days - 48 hours before, you are eligible to transfer your ticket to a friend or a family member to attend in your place. Please see Transfer Tickets & Workshop Credits Ts&Cs below. You are not eligible for any credit or reimbursement of any kind.

48 hours before - if you are unable to attend for any reason and are unable to gift the ticket to a friend or family member to attend in your place, you forfeit your ticket. You are not eligible for any credit or reimbursement of any kind.

Transfer Tickets & Workshop Credits:

If you are the recipient of a transfer ticket or credit to a workshop:

• You are not able to transfer the ticket to another individual for any reason

• You cannot redeem it for cash, refund or receive credit of any kind for any other workshop or service for any reason.

• If you are unable to attend for any reason the ticket is forfeited.

How to transfer a ticket to a friend or family member:

You must contact hello@anniejohns.com with your name and the name, contact number and email of the person taking your place a minimum of 48 hours before the workshop begins.
