The Rest Club is for anyone who wants to cultivate more calm in their life. Whether you're studying, working, having trouble unwinding, suffering from anxiety, overwhelm or burnout or finding the pressures of life are mounting, The Rest Club is a haven for you to unwind and feel supported.

The Rest Club Resters membership is $39 per month direct debited and can be cancelled any time. A Year of Rest membership is $29.95 direct debited monthly with a 12-month lock-in contract. All membership plans are charged in Australian dollars.

Movement of the body is important for wellbeing and proprioception, but it doesn’t have to be yoga like you might be imagining. ‘Yoga Nidra’ is a guided recording that you listen to passively from the comfort of your bed and will help you get better quality sleep .
‘Bed yoga’ uses restorative shapes, pillows and gentle stretching to down-regulate the nervous system and maintain accessible mobility .
‘Meditation’ is really guided focus to keep your mind clear and functioning well.

This is a huge hurdle for so many over-worked, under-rested people I meet through my work and The Rest Club.
The reality is we have to make ourselves a priority at some point, before we completely burn out and have to stop completely (trust me, I know! ).
The good news is, there are lots of small ways we can do that, even when time is in short supply. Starting with small bed-time routines, passive calming mindfulness techniques and 2-5 minute stretch practices built in to your existing routine, we can make small changes that bring a big impact. This stuff is hard to do and maintain when you feel overwhelmed and you’re on your own, that’s why we have just 1 live-stream class a week that you can pop in to and touch base, why we have a Facebook community group, why the content moves SLOW.
So take a breath, a little goes a long way, you don’t have to do it all now, but you do have to start somewhere.

What to expect
This 100% online membership offers flexibility and support on your time, but what happens after you sign up?
Once you’ve signed up you’ll be taken to your home page, where a welcome video will give you a basic tour of where to find what you need.
You’ll notice there’s only a few videos in your initial capsule, in The Rest Club, less is more!
You’ll be directed on how to download the community app where you can connect directly with me and other members if you wish, join the livestream & watch recordings.
In your welcome email you’ll receive links to book your free Rest Consultation I recommend booking a time straight away to get the most from your membership and kick-start your journey of meaningful rest for greater balance and energy. In this session we’ll talk about your obstacles and goals , and I can give you tailored recommendations on which Rest Club tools to start with.
