90 minutes
Your initial assessment is essential to create your plan for wellbeing.
We begin with a deep-dive discussion about your lifestyle, injuries, ailments, habits, health and your goals.
I will then work with you to develop tailored practices that may include but are not limited to pranayama (breathing), mindfulness or meditation techniques, asana (yoga postures) and complimentary tools or practices for you to do each day based on your needs, energy and time.
These could be a simple 2-5minute daily commitment, you don’t need to commit 1-2hrs a day to have success with yoga therapy!
You will then receive your follow-up personalised digital plan with your daily practice to be reviewed at your follow-up session.

This Yoga Therapy journey includes your 90-minute assessment session, personalised digital plans & two 60-minute follow up sessions to support you in your healing journey.
These sessions are designed to give you the tools you need to build inner and outer wellbeing on your journey to healing. It is important to note your success in this will depend on doing the assigned movement/activities at home between sessions.
Even if you’ve worked with another yoga therapist in the past, you will need to begin with an initial assessment.
I recommend 2 follow up sessions after your initial assessment to insure support and accountability for success. You can book your sessions individually or as a block of 3 known as a Yoga Therapy Journey.
